These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Parent" or "Customer") and Me Focus Photography Services (referred to as "we," "us," or "the Company").

2. Photograph Use and Copyright
2.1. Copyright: All photographs remain the copyright property of Me Focus Photography Services. They are intended for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purposes without express written permission from the Company
2.2. Permissions: Me Focus Photography Services will not use any photographs for marketing purposes of the Student unless prior written consent is obtained from the Parent/Guardian.
2.3. Personal Use: Parents are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal purposes, including printing, sharing with family and friends, and displaying in personal spaces.

3. Data Privacy
3.1. Data Collection: We collect and process personal information for the purpose of fulfilling your order and maintaining accurate records.

4. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the UAE and resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the UAE. The arbitration process shall be binding and final.
