1. Ordering Process
1.1. Order placement: By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to order photographs of the student(s) named in the order.
1.2. Accuracy of information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the ordering process, including the correct student name, class, and other relevant details.
1.3. Order modification: Once and order has been placed, modification can only be made within 12 hours as orders are automatically produced and cannot be modified once in production.
2. Payment
2.1. Pricing: Prices for school photographs are clearly displayed on our website and cannot be discounted. All prices are in the currency specified and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
2.2. Payment methods: We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
2.3. Refunds: Refunds are issued solely at our discretion.
3. Delivery and fulfilment
3.1. Delivery times: We make every effort to deliver photographs within the estimated timeframe (max 14 days) provided during the ordering process. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we shall not be held liable for such delays.
3.2. Shipping: We use reputable shipping services for physical photograph delivery and these are directly delivered to the address provided at the time or order. Any shipping fees will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.
3.3. Digital photographs: If digital photographs are included in your order, these will be delivered through the customers account on our designated platform provided during the ordering process.
4. Photograph Use and Copyright
4.1. Copyright: All photographs remain the copyright property of Me Focus Photography Services. They are intended for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purposes without express written permission from the Company
4.2. Permissions: Me Focus Photography Services will not use any photographs for marketing purposes of the Student unless prior written consent is obtained from the Parent/Guardian.
4.3. Personal Use: Parents are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal purposes, including printing, sharing with family and friends, and displaying in personal spaces.
5. Data Privacy
5.1. Data Collection: We collect and process personal information for the purpose of fulfilling your order and maintaining accurate records.
5.2. Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the personal information you provide during the ordering process. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the UAE and resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the UAE. The arbitration process shall be binding and final.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
